My name is Sophie. I'm a Chicago-based artist and writer (and 9-5 marketer), working at the intersection of mindfulness, movement, and embodied creativity. As I work across media, I’ve learned that to be an artist is to stay becoming one; to document those learnings here is part of my practice, via blog posts and meditations for artists.

Credentials include collaborations with the Chicago Bulls, The Hundreds, and For Love and Lemons; I’ve been featured in Forbes, Vogue, HYPEBEAST, and as a thought leader for Soho House, Art Basel, and the Design Museum of Chicago.
